Prep time: 5 minutes (overnight) 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 1/2 cup lite (fat reduced) dairy milk (or other preferred milk) 
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 
  • 1 scoop CollagenX 40UP Collagen Protein Powder (Vanilla flavoured) 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) 
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Instructions: 

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, blueberries, CollagenX 40UP Collagen Protein Powder, honey/maple syrup (optional), and vanilla extract. 
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed. 
  3. Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours) for the oats to soften and absorb the flavours. 
  4. In the morning, give the oats a quick stir and enjoy! 

Tips: 

  • For a thicker consistency, use less milk. 
  • Top your oats with additional fresh berries, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of nut butter for extra flavor and texture. 
  • Feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations. For a seasonal twist, use sliced peaches, strawberries, or chopped mangoes.
