Protein-Packed Smoothie for Post-Workout Recovery

This revitalising smoothie is more than just a delicious treat; it's a powerful tool for post-workout. Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein powder 
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1/4 cup dairy or any milk of choice 
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • A pinch of cinnamon 

Instructions: 

  1. Combine ingredients: Place all ingredients in a blender.
