The morning after the final night of supplementation, researchers also observed improved performance on the Stroop cognitive test, a recognised assessment of attention, processing speed and executive function.

These findings suggest that while collagen peptides didn't help participants sleep longer, they may have helped them sleep with fewer interruptions.
