Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or a mix of orange and grapefruit juice)
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1/2 teaspoon elderberry syrup (optional)
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
 - 2 tablespoons CollagenX Bovine Gelatin Powder
 - 1 scoop (approx. 10g) CollagenX Glymax: Hydrolysed Collagen with Glycine & Vitamin C
 - Silicone gummy molds (or a small baking dish lined with parchment paper)
 
 
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat orange juice, honey, and lemon juice over medium heat until simmering.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together CollagenX Bovine Gelatin Powder, ginger, and turmeric.
 - Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the simmering juice mixture until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
 - Remove from heat and stir in elderberry syrup (if using) and CollagenX Glymax. Stir until the Glymax powder is fully dissolved.
 - Pour the mixture into your prepared silicone molds or baking dish.
 - Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely set.
 - Once set, carefully remove the gummies from the molds. If using a baking dish, cut the gummies into desired shapes.
 
Tips:
- Feel free to adjust the amount of ginger and turmeric to your preference. 
 - For a fun twist, roll the finished gummies in a light coating of edible glitter.
 - Store leftover gummies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
