Yields: 1 serving
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy milk (or other preferred milk)
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop CollagenX Pure Wild Caught Marine Collagen Peptide Powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt (optional, for extra protein)
  • Handful of fresh spinach or kale (optional, for extra nutrients)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • You can substitute the frozen mixed berries with a single type of berry, fresh berries, or another frozen fruit of your choice.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add a handful of ice cubes.
  • If you don't have a high-powered blender, you may need to add a little more liquid to achieve a smooth consistency.
